I want to cancel my order. Is that possible?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as they haven’t yet been processed by our warehouse. Once processing begins, the order is finalized and prepared for shipment.

My order has arrived damaged. What should I do now?

within 30 days of receiving your item.

To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged product if available. In accordance with the US consumer protection laws, you’re entitled to either a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?
